    Exactly right - when ll is said and done, it would have exactly the same outcome if we GXY shareholders received {holding X .569) ORE shares - no change of name to GALORE or anything else - just a simple takeover agreed to by the GXY BoD because all of their options (including future performance KPI linked options) vest on a "change of management".

    It is obscene.
