I am not sure where you got the stat of the turnover of US employees. It always interests me. Do you think it could be work related or perhaps to do with Covid ?I have a slight worry at the back of my mind that HTG may have too strong a military influence. I like their three step plan and the using of experts from the military to open doors for defence contracts and high tech expertise but I am unsure how the operation is run with normal people employed from different walks of life day to day. Culture and teamwork are part of why I invest in companies and is so important. It is a weakness in my due diligence that I dont know at ground level how the marketing and sales force is motivated to increase the revenue, how fragmented it is and how well supported they are. Not everything can be done remotely so very interested in your reply.
