Okay so looks like we have some interest from the famous US Billionaire , founder and Chief Executive Officer as well as Chairman of Virtu Financial in Vincent Viola.

Interesting that this former former Chairman of the New York Mercantile Exchange who also owns the Florida Panthers Ice Hockey Team was also the co-founder of Madison Tyler with a former Goldman Sach's mate David Salomon prior to their merger with Virtu back in 2011 \.

He was also Trumps nomination of Secretary of the Army , but Viola withdrew from contention citing his reasons that he could not satisfy Pentagon regulations concerning personal businesses......

First time I've seen this mob in the Broker movements and 20 million PLUS on the net BUY side with a total of 275 trades at 8.2 cents shouldn't be anything to sneeze at since during the back half of these FOUR days of trading , the share much lower at 7.6 - 7.9 cents. So maybe a LONG holder significantly adding to the Register from the Wall Street side of things.
