the stock was clearly sold down b/c of the SPP, b/c the market doesn't want to pay more for the stock than the sophisticated investors and the other SPP subscribers. now that it has sunk to bellow that level, the real implication of the SPP should sink in which is the increased capital to get GTL off the ground, expanding resources and coal tenemant sales, so in a couple of weeks this price should look like a bargain
