Firstly they did not let it run the same day the MR was announced the minute it touched ,105c it was sold down and killed the momentum due to what was clearly insider knowledge . It is clearly evident that the price has been pushed down so that the raise is to be done cheaply for the select few. They could have and should have released the ammended resource prior to the MR announcement . The S/P would have initially fallen from the ,8c base but would have recovered and than some with the MR announcement I don't believe they had the need to go for the capital raise right now either , They could have waited until the dfs came out. Or they could have raised at a premium above the vwap of the last 4 weeks .

I suppose its okay to a certain extent for those that got in early say the sub .2c but you have to remember most people got on board afterwards. To be fair based on last couple of shifty moves by the mngmt I would have sold out . Its only because I got in rather early and also know that there should at least a couple of more bags in it until the end of the year due to near term catalysts that will be undoubtedly transformational for the stock that my holding is still intact .

I am a firm believer of the 3 strike rule and out with stocks and i consider the events regarding the insider info and now this as the first strike. should be 2 strikes but will go against my rules on this one . Hopefully I dont live to regret due to a case of fools gold !

But surely even you must be peeved and feel cheated ! ?
