Good evening Parsifal,
I feel a bit tired today after the jab, so have just got round to reading all these lovely posts.
I have opened a word document and am copying all the wonderful ideas that you and others have suggested.
Then I can take time to digest it all properly.
I do take magnesium daily and normally when its not frigging constantly raining I always spend some time outside. But as an added precaution I take Vitamins D.
See your point about the tests, mmmm.
So I must keep moving, more and more every day.
I feel a little confused though about my eating habits. Normally I would eat dinner at 6-7pm and then nothing until breakfast at 10-11am. But I am so knackered. So yesterday and today I have been having smaller meals/healthy snacks more often.
I am hoping that this may stabilise my blood sugar.
I cannot see me having patience to make paper clothes though, as much as I love them. I can be quite impatient actually
Take care Jo Jo
