re: Ann: Pluton acquires additional 50% of Ir... call it what u want but right now there is a communication problem i.e. management needs to spell out a vision for irvine and they need to secure the means (funding/jv etc) to achieve it and the market needs to accept it as credible because right now THERE IS A PROBLEM WHEN YOU INCREASE YOUR OWNERSHIP CONCENTRATION IN A VIABLE ASSET AND THE SHARE PRICE GOES DOWN INSTEAD OF UP
