Wayne has said from the start,he will only sign off on deals when he is ready to.Not to any one just to get a deal done.
If the people who were interested from the start are still interested then they are keen to do a deal for something they want and need.

Try comparing to others and see how long they have been going through the processes and how much longer they are talking about before they start mining.
