It is difficult to distinguish between banks, telcos and tech companies.For example, CBA owns PEXA (online properties settlements); invests in a company that is similar to afterpay; has a division that is investing in technologies. Similarly, Telstra is building 5G network; has a division that is investing in technologies; and could retail energy. Eventually, banks, telcos and tech companies may cross own each other. Therefore, I would prefer to have a pie in each of them.
