well we hope so mate. we are lucky that managements priorities are aliened with ours. As in they have skin in the game. if memory serves me correct they have about $1.5m-$2mil invested them selves. So if we win, WE ALL WIN, if we lose WE ALL LOSE. The sell down of the convertible notes hurt, but if anything it hurt management more. This is the benefit of having managements priorities aligned with ours.

I've been in stock before where all of managements shares were all given to them for free and continuously through out the year. The worst part about it was they seemed to have brilliant news which made the stock price reach new peaks at which point the share price would dump to 50% of its high, and as that happened we would receive an announcement stating that management MIRACULOUSLY happened to sell a considerable portion of their shares (which they received for free) just before the massive share price drop, this happened almost every single time, BUT i am sure it is simply a coincidence. Im sure most of you already know a few examples , i can name several off the top of my head.

For the moment i cant fault or accuse DRE management for that, they are in this together with us. Should this change i will ofcourse voice my concerns. So far the management seem to be fair dinkum Aussies and by that i am not referring to their heritage or racial make up instead talking about their core principals and ethics that we are famous for around the world.
