At least you aren't an anti-vaxxer. As to the rest, the Feds don't have the power to dictate to the States who have led the fight against Covid19. As to when widespresd restrictions can end it will be dependent on when the govt manages to get 80%+ of the population vaccinated. It should have already happened but the FEDs stuffed that up along with not having satisfactory quarantine favcilities, these being the two areas over which they are responsible and have the power to enforce.
