The actual time would likely be specified in the agreement to extend.
Even if the time wasn't specified(unlikely), the agreement to extend the standstill arrangement would normally include the day of the extension which would make close of business an extremely relevant time.
This a general observation concerning construction of contracts - as far as I know there was no disclosure (nor would you expect there to be)concerning the actual terms of the extension agreement - except in the most general terms.
