How many does SPT have, and why does this matter? Zip can be used literally anywhere, not just a merchant. Your grandma could set up a knitting hobby, and as long as she can receive any form of electronic funds, I can 'zip it'.

* Zip announced a partnership with PHL.
Zip didn't announce PHL. It was PHL that announced partnering with zip and it was the ASX that felt they needed to make it a zip announcement too because it was price sensitive for PHL.

So you think SPT will overtake Zip in share price? Interesting.
