true that, which is why the chances are very high that the SP will be higher than 1.40 very soon to ensure they get the placement filled. plus its underwritten anyway so the shares will be bought regardless, and the market clearly is valuing the stock at 1.40 MINIMUM so its smart to get in now at a bigger discount
