The fact is,even if some of them did not have their mining permit,they still act like they did and keep operating everywhere,Needless to recall that only prospectors and Miner who fulfilled the PROCESS OF ENVIRONMENT,LAND and COMMUNE APPROVALS are granted by the respective departments and can COMMENCE THEIR ACTIVITIES.The publishing of a decision and also a verification of administrative fees are also needed.However,There are firms which were forced out because of their illegal behaviour.It is the case of the Mainland mining company in 2011. Mainland mining was one of the first Chinese company which were settled in Manakara Madagascar but didn’t respect important environment obligations,
Thats why again as I said it before Akora wouldn’t have started the 2nd phase of Exploration without legally obtain the Environmental Authorisation,So that’s for me it’s a big ✅ toward Akora future,Anyone looking to invest make sure you do your own DD before investing because every forum got Negative people who spend months spreading negativity, They are the same people last year bagging other companies, Some of those companies are 100% up and some 500% now,I am not sure if they get paid by someone or if they have other agenda.DYOR
