JL is on air quoting 2021 as “the Year” Composite Tech deal would be finalised so in reality this hasn’t failed... yet! Can find the reference if required but I recall him saying.
Point is you would struggle to find anything worthy of a Class Action... it’s only investment decisions that’s an issue... IMO
