You are purely speculating from a negative viewpoint. The other side of the coin is if it's no good why have Novartis not walked yet? That would be the easiest and quickest thing to do. It does not take months and months to tare up a contract and do a quick media release.
Maybe they are also looking to potentially partner in the CHF indication too, SI did mention MSB are in discussions with a potential partner for CHF.
