Yes, they have not announced they have walked. Which is what I said above. And this supports what I also said above: that something doesn’t stack up and they are waiting for more data.
Your speculation that there is another application they are negotiating on, is not consistent with the facts. They would not delay Covid application in a global emergency to cut another deal on an unrelated application. This speculation is very unlikely.
