I am so sorry I have not replied to your question.
I am currently off my dementia medication as I am now battling another illness and my capacity is severely diminshed.
Nonetheless, I feel an obligation to offer some thoughts, which do not answer your question but hopefully are insightful.
1. It has been widely espoused that CSX should do well as we are still in the throes of Covid;
Here are 4 Covid stocks from 2020 that reject that hypoethesis
ZNO
Pre covid price $0.685
Peak covid price $3.04
Price now $0.74
UCMPre covid price $0.12
Peak covid price $0.395
Price now $0.155
AEI
Pre covid price $.285
Peak covid price $0.71
Price now $0.18
BITPre covid price $0.054
Peak covid price $0.13
Price now $0.06
All I am hoping to illustrate with "covid related stocks" is that history shows that they are not as protected from market nuances as some posters are postulating.
2. I personally think the forum is focused to much on Covid and should be equally exploring the long term uses of the product across all segments (such as mining, etc)Revenue by Segment - healthcare has increased from 50 to 72% while Industrial has decreased from 50% to 28%
3. A very tightly controlled share register SOI 77,019,523
Top 20 hold 51,426,502 and now AEF have 4,342,070
As such "free stock" is only 21,250,951 (or 28%) and this is severely restricting the share price- average daily volumes are abysmal.
4. IPO
Raised a total of $131.4M - however, just $20M of this was the primary capital raise through the issue of only 4.5M shares at $4.41. The remaining $111.4M was for the existing shareholders in part for their long term pre-listing investment in CSX and some 90% of this is escrowed for some time.
5. Extremely erratic Share price activity.A day or so after listing the price rocketed to $7.16 and then traded in a support and resistance band mid $5 to mid $7 until February. Since then it has offered 2 guidances to the market and has been brutalised and as I have pointed out in my chart offerings it is languishing and has several gaps that need to be filled if, and when, it starts trending up.
6. Conjecture that CSX is a global playerAgain, many the posturing by one poster, but as been displayed beyond doubt CSX is a very small tadpole. That is not to say it does not have potential but to date the results are not there.
7. Next guidance announcement
I hope for holders that the next guidance will offer some meaningful insight - however, they are only guidances.
8. PipelinesThe imminent announcement from the Biden administration may provide accelerated rated interest.
9. Financials
Are in fact quite healthy and they enjoy on-going revenue from accessory sales
