Correct, there are transfers between Jimmie and his wife occurring on four occasions totalling around 143 million shares.

Of these I have found evidence that she has only disposed of around 67 million, with around 75 million remaining.

There are also issues of performance shares in there, shares issued as consideration for vend of business (Singaporean) and consideration for adjusted acquisition price of Director's business (Singaporean).

Also shares disposed of by vendors of Singaporean businesses.

Suggest everyone look at the individual announcements for clarification, I may have made mistakes, and do not want to prejudice anyone's interpretations. I'll offer my own interpretations elsewhere
