Some discrimination isn’t fine - employment based on skin colour or sexuality for example.

when it comes to vaccination, the evidence states someone whom is vaccinated is less likely have COVID and therefore to give it to you. Seems reasonable to discriminate against someone who is more likely to give you a potentially fatal disease?

Nope descriminating on vaccination status is just as bad as discriminating on race or skin colour. Especially when you are protected by the vaccine.
