There is a reason why costs have gone up this quarter. The merger preparation increased admin costs and employee costs went up due to new hires as mentioned last quarter " These areas will deliver another four mining areas over the next 12 months, enhancing delivery of high grade ore to the mill. This will require extensions of underground infrastructure and an increase in mining personnel ".
