Yes. I’m aware of this. And that’s sort of my point. A loss of a customer impacts these figures basically immediately. ARR numbers would not include any services that aren’t continuing.
However when a new customer signs up, cash receipts, revenue and ARR may not increase until service has commenced.
ARR calculation is somewhat open to interpretation, though from my understanding, LVT only counts services that are already deployed or proportionate to services implemented. So the UnitedHealth and Nestle deals wouldn’t be fully represented in the ARR figure until they’re 100% go live. Correct me if I’m wrong.
