re: Ann: Garner 1 well intersects significant... a rights issue at 26 cents would have seen the share price at 20 cents or below....when someone offers to raise $25 million and give the company some much needed balance sheet strength, introduce some liquidity and new shareholders who can support the company getting the price back up then I say go for it....something needed to be done
