WE3 was halted because of borehole pressures that had the potential to exceed the design parameters of the well .
Safety is paramount and they had to stop .
I am not sure if the pressure limits of the well control equipment was potentially being approached or they have to run an additional intermediate casing to get a deeper and stronger casing shoe or even something else .
However there is gas there and both companies need those reserves so they won't let it sit there unassessed for longer than they have to .
