I think that I haven't made myself clear on this. my personal view is liberal. I respect individual right to choose. allow ppl who do not choose to survive covid if they can and yet I wouldn't wish the bug on anyone.
what I've been writing is the public health issue. there is a vast difference.
when there are fires we rely on our fireys to do the job and we stay out of the way so to not be a further burden on them - we play safe, stand back but out of danger. If the fire is so damned big that it must be "let run" everybody ducks for cover - we play safe. and suffer the consequences of the fire that was started by a bit of reflective plastic that focused the sun on a bit of grass - what a shame we through that bit of plastic away.
right now the fire is getting pretty big, so you go and "drive that truck into town and refill for us will yer mate?". All the nation is asking of you is what everyone knows is going to put the fire out - but only if we all work together. each does his bit. including You.
