I certainly had entertained the first possibility (sale to a related party) and I guess the second possibility could be a corollary of that but not necessarily.

However, the fact that it is hard, "hot" cash, does indicate perhaps a helping hand to QPN to further its endeavours.
No shares involved this time. So no delay.

Maybe that can be taken as an indication that there is some urgency in getting the money in ready for the next phase......
or am I getting too enthusiastic about the chances of that again ?????
