Have a careful look at the supply curve and compare it to the foreward demand curve;--wow, the deficit is scarey! And realise that the Saudis have upgraded their reserve estimates too often to win themselves a larger share of OPEC production. Many technical papers are emerging that suggest that the Saudi reserves are very much like the oil reserves of Shell Oil last year--way over estimated. And just look at what happened to the top directors of Shell!!!
