it could well be argued that no expenditure can actually be accrediited to a forward view UNTIL the approval given.
They literally cannot ascribe any $ value yet.
What would you have them say...." well we might spend this on day X...or Y... o r Z " ?
last time i looked thats not how it works
At best a contingency $ value could be alluded to but that might be seen as a no-no price sensitve hint by the ASX.
