The question is important, as it establishes if you draw a line or not.
As for SkyNews and youtube, it appears youtube believe that SkyNews stepped over the line, youtube are within their rights to set their own TOU and to moderate anything they feel breaches those TOU.,
Whether you think SkyNews crossed the line or not is irrelevant, it is up to youtube to set their own TOU, the same as HC.
