Based on maximum allocation under SPP, 27 Million Shares, 6000 small holders are entitled for SPP, we will get a parcel of 4600 Shares Each only means $500 worth shares. Even if it is entitlement basis, highly unlikely any one will get 1: 20 basis.

It will be utter waste of time even to fill the application and send money and wait for refund.
