    At the matching price the highest bidder gets it not the one who has been in the queue the longest.
    If the lowest price offered was 70 with 10000 on offer and some put in a bid for 9999@71 he would get his at 70 and you as top 70 bidder would get one at 70.
    Very fair+ transparent and you can see all the bids on most electronic trading systems and adjust your bid accordingly
