if it wasn't manipulated it would be the exception ....can't believe how many stocks are still range trading given the strength of overall market...sure these are broken out now of the shorter term trading range, but given fundamentals, they should be over $2.....look at Goldman Sachs research posted on these threads a while back, and the outlook has improved since then!
