I’ve used debt to buy FMG years and will continue to do so anywhere south of $50 per share. I’m not a delusional boneyard. I started doing this at $1.80. I’m 34 and financially independent thanks to this strategy. Dividends go to debt payments every six months- repeat indefinitely. But thanks for your concern.
I would argue anybody who can’t see the value staring them in the face is a delusional bonehead. It’s probably the easiest company to value I’ve ever seen in the traditional Ben Graham sense- the margin of safety is just enormous.
