The interesting thing here is that both new directors are ex Nido, although Joanne's Nido association isn't disclosed within the update.
88E holders will also soon find out that Joanne is also newly appointed director of SGC, this appointment occured just before SGC aquired Nido's, Phillipine oil assets. One field within the Nido assets (SC58) contains a prospective reserve of 5 billion barrels of oil.
