Hang on - I think the context may have diluted over the various quotes and requotes.

PR mentioned that the FDA questions were relatively of low level complexity and PAR has set about addressing the concerns. Low complexity doesn't necessarily mean low importance or even straight forward to close-out - PAR probably thinks they can close-out and or know of a pathway to close-out. Perhaps the FDA is just seeking more info on a particular aspect of a response.

Perhaps the 6 questions have been whittled to 1(?).

But I think it's too far a leap to assume arrogance when PR was put on the spot (in that investor conference) to give a hint on the nature of the FDA line of questioning without going into much specifics and available time to answer.

So I don't think the FDA would not have taken umbrage, and I doubt a govt offical would be monitoring investor presos and commentary (they just don't have the time).
