I am speaking of what the board will have to do to adduce evidence as to the potential value of the company and you are saying if another bidder comes along that is higher it bounces the first. Yes it will bounce it but in both cases the board has to show that it could monetise higher if the bids are insufficient. If one bid is much lower then the argument is easier to bounce the first.
