I don't think Evan Cranston is in this for the project to come up short. Reputations matter and I see no reason why he would damage his on this project if he didn't think it would fly. Also, he is very well connected and its in his backyard being a WA fella.
Also project vendors took shares so they not looking to escape quickly, which they could have done.
