REally? Arent they issuing new shares? yes they are paid for but this increases the market cap at the same SP so this is the same as dilution?
If my company has 1000 shares at 1c issued and then issues another 1000 at 1c and the price stays at 1 c, I now have 2000 shares worth 1 c which would be a 50% dilution of SH value? now twice as much money has to come into the market to raise the price another 1c? or am I missing something...
