Why would we want to merge with those bunch of amateurs at AVO.

They had the opportunity to get DIO at a fair price but obviously do not know how to value a company correctly. If this is how they run a TO then who knows how they run their own affairs.

Very very sad indeed.

On paper the RMS deal looks ok and I'm taking RMS announcements at face value BUT if these two merge and gain economies and a transfer of knowledge from the merge then who knows it might very well be a fruitful unity.

This process may still have some time to play out will the last bidder please step forward.
