Kiwi, I'm not sure the FDA would actually be able to specify a CR. Not really their business, particularly given PAR has a good funding base at the moment and can choose in the future how/when to raise more if needed (particularly given current low share price). The other thing is that any time BP is involved they leak and we read about it in the paper and we haven't seen anything so far. Would have thought the drums would have been beating over the weekend if they were.
So I'm voting against a CR being the hold up. My theories end there though. Somethings afoot, otherwise we'd have had an announcement today after they had the weekend to get the wording right. If it means we are slower than we've been hoping for, well bugger, but the timeline isn't the critical thing for long-term value. If I'm not intending to sell for ten years then the trial timeline can have another twelve months without changing my investment strategy. Incidentally, it's a simple strategy - buy and hold for a long time......
