Well my personal opinion is it would be remiss of me to ignore the decision of Renesas to licence the AKIDA technology IP and guarantee the long term prospects of Brainchip.
It would be remiss of me to ignore Socionext’s agreement to package AKD1000 with its SynQuacer platform and assist with the commercialisation of the full family of AKIDA products more recently evidenced by obtaining chip production slots with TSMC at a time of global chip shortages.
It would be remiss of me to ignore the financial relationship entered by NASA with Brainchip.
Similarly it would be remiss of me to ignore the financial relationship between Brainchip and Valeo and also Ford.
It would be remiss of me to ignore the NaNose and Biotome partnerships.
It would also be remiss of me to ignore the Magic-Eye partnership.
It would be remiss of me to ignore the statements of Rob Lincourt of DELL Technologies concerning their ongoing investigation of AKIDA technology for use in their plethora of edge products and as a co-processor for running neural networks on their servers.
It would be remiss of me not to weigh in Brainchip’s favour the fact that highly credentialed ARM employees have joined Brainchip.
It would be remiss of me to ignore the program of recruitment covering engineers and scientists across their various research and customer support bases around the globe.
It would be remiss of me not to value the patents and the three year lead over any possible competitors.
It would be remiss of me to ignore the quality of the individuals who now constitute the Brainchip Scientific Advisory Board.
It would be remiss of me to ignore the fact that BlackRock, Vanguard and Irish Life have all taken positions in recent months.
It would be remiss of me to ignore the solid cash position of Brainchip, the ability to call on LDA Capital for up to a further 20 million dollars should it be necessary and that in all likelihood employee options will likely add approximately a further 10 million dollars over the next eight months.
And in consequence it would be remiss of me to state that Brainchip is a high risk investment and thereby mislead others.
My opinion only DYOR
