    Dont anyone think that building/rolling out a new DC in 12+ months is one thing... and once it is done - selling it to customers is just another...
    Perth is an extremely small market with NXT's solid strong hold on colo market and other Telcos also having pre-established DCs which in general they are barely filling (due to small market, cloud adoption, low margin bsiness, etc). So even if DC2 is able to fully build and operate the DC - that does not mean much.
    BTW, note that almost all DCs built are always fitted out in phases - so as they sell space, the fitout the next space, etc.

    Lastly, they have blown (IMHO) almost 1.2Mil in 9 months on "cloud platform expansion" which is more or less direly investing in a product that will chew into their core product's customers.

    Also, in general, i know based on my knowledge of this space, sales cycles in DC industry is 6 to 18 months - add that to the time company claims re DC readiness from a revenue generation perspective.

    I am watching this to get to 15c or lower before I move on this one.
