Under the planned spinoff, BioPharmica shareholders would receive a free $0.20 share in Cortical Dynamics for every listed BioPharmica share that they hold.
So does this mean that since I bought 20k today at 0.285 ouch, missed the early run, I would be eligible for this offer if it does come through, or is there a set period that you would be required to hold the stock to qualify?
Can anyone shed light on this? Oh by the way if it does pull back I will definitely be in to grab more, this is going to rocket.
