All I can focus on in this report is the word "may" being used 6 times - not anything like 'shall', 'will', 'must', 'intend' or 'obligated'.

Not even something along the words of 'want to'.....

The closest thing is 'timely manner' (as previously mentioned - Austpac Time)....

So unless ASIC keeps pushing harder than a de-listing, I don't see these peckers doing anything and just moving along with their other projects.
