They're working really hard on it and looking to get some news out in the next 48 hours. Working on scale back in an equitable manner.
Personally I can't see how hard it is to do it but fair enough they want to get it right. He didn't speculate on whether alottment would still be this week as per earlier announcements. If they push back allotments that will be dissappointing.
