    With 7 Quarters in the kitty there are not many reasons to do a CR now.

    Have they already decided there is little prospect of commercialisation of any deposit and have decided to go a low ball CR now?

    Will keep tea and biscuits in the cupboard whilst this lifestyler drifts along for another year
