MNS and IM3NY are doing this on an oily rag and keeping the dilution to an absolute minimum, protecting us shareholders. You need large sums of money in this sector to increase capacity and drive the enormous results that will come from this. The options need to be bought at 40c and this is common with a listed company in the early stages of growth offering options to secure funding at an early stage. Its a fantastic result with two large US corporations having confidence in this business - bring on the next 6-12 months!!
