PLS now has a MC of $4.2b Higher than LTR. Any TO will not be cheap if it was to happen. Personally I can not see this happening at all, why give away the chook that lays golden eggs. Tony did not leave BHP for it. What I firmly believe is that a cracker of a JV deal will be done with the likes of BHP or Westfarmers to build a conversion plant simultaneously to building a mine and offtakes direct with battery plants, run and owned by European car companies...
