If i am reading it correctly then, we are issuing 3.2 million shares for them paying us $221K cash. This is like 6.7c per share. This looks like a very good deal.
and then we are issuing them 20 million options exercisable at $0.042, which in the current climate is very good.
I dont think we should be complaining about this deal.
